WHO WE ARE: Blackwood is a locally-owned family-operated self storage facility serving the towns of Lawrence, Paw Paw MI, Watervliet, Coloma, and many other surrounding areas. Our values of integrity, safety, value, and respect drive each and every decision we make and customer encounters we have. We strive to have the highest level of customer care possible while focusing on safe and accessible operations. Our facility is well lit, easily accessible for tenants, safe, and secure.
Our 'lockers', as we call them, range from 5x10 up to 15x30. We have an updated, modern online reservation system, allowing you to move-in online in seconds and have access to your space in minutes. Our state-of-the-art storage facility is equipped with the best security features for a safe, clean, and easy experience. We have an automated gate with keypad, offering tenants 24-hour access to their belongings in a well lit, secure environment. Our asphalt drive allows clean loading andunloading into your unit, without dirt and debris getting all over you, your belongings, or your car.
