Unit is clean & dry. Is sign in it suggesting taking precautions for mice, which most sheds, garages, etc
have issues with once it gets cold. Only negative was there was a pretty good size wasp nest in the corner of the unit when we arrived. Did not see any activity any of the times I've been there.“
